But Telemarketing is something unique and the most interactive approach available today. The prospective buyers or the service seekers will have the opportunity to directly interact about their questions, concerns and the objections. With these facilities, as a service provider or as a service seeker we can:
- Modify our strategy in the midst of a campaign.
- Accept any variations necessary at any time to seek the improved results.
- With just a phone call we can change our targeted audiences.
- The calling hours can be as per our convenience and lastly but not the least
- The language of the telemarketing script can modify or edit with a moment notice.
We get the immediate feed back and information for a minute to minute analyse. Unlike other forms advertisements like the news papers, magazines, radio and TV or huge bill boards or a direct communication which can be ignored on the first instant itself, but for telemarketing it is different because when the phone rings the first reaction is to answer and not to ignore. Normally it is said that writing long sentences in capitals shows some sort of aggressiveness, but to express our objective which is the captive sentences for our survival, I think our objective has to be in a stand out position.
Having done our objective, we can now go for our experience. To be in the best way we must start from the recent experience and in a descending order till the first assignment of life. Each experience has to be made with period and clear details of the organisation and has to be supported by how it has enhanced the business prospects of the organisation.

For an effective telemarketing executive he/she must have effective communication skills, and if there is a leaning for fine arts it would be an added advantage.
